Onlinetradeexpo.com and Online Trade Expo both are considered as one and the same legal person and are mentioned as OTE all through this document.

 

  1. User acknowledges and agrees that OTE shall have the right to refuse to provide the features,products and services of this Site. Membership and use of features, products, and services is subject to Verification & Authentication.

  2. Users agree to conduct their business on and from Onlinetradeexpo.com in a professional and honest manner. Any member who is found to be conducting illegal, dishonest or fraudulent business on the site or using the site or features of the site for similar purpose will  immediately and without notice have their membership and access to the site terminated. OTE may terminate access to, or membership in OTE, or any portion thereof, for violating any of the Site Policies or Terms of Use.

  3. All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstance or situation during the first year of subscription. Second year and beyond renewals may be refunded for special circumstances. A written request must be submitted within  the first 30 days after renewal date and  refunded at the discretion of OTE.

  4. User represents, warrants and agrees that they have obtained all necessary third party Copyright, Trademark, Patent, Design licenses or permissions and shall be solely responsible for ensuring that any material or information they post on or provide to OTE or authorize OTE to display, or the products represented thereby, do not violate the Copyright, Trademark, Patent, Design, Trade secret or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party, or is posted with the permission of the owners of such rights.

  5. User agrees to manage their profile, catalog  and all user content on OTE in accordance with the guides provided by OTE. Users will in no way modify  or insert code outside of the parameters set forth in the user guides.

  6. User is required to have proper License and Certification from the competent authority for exporting or importing pharmaceutical, beauty, food, beverage and any regulated products. Document(s) of authorization must be included when registering as a seller on  the Onlinetradeexpo.com website, more information available on membership application. OTE takes no responsibility for transactions conducted or completed through the website.

  7. User further agrees to bear all the responsibility/liability arising or ensuing from posting their products and OTE will be absolved of any responsibility thereunder. OTE requires members to verify their business credentials as an existing entity  licensed and certified to do business by their regulating authorities. Buyers and sellers are responsible for due diligence. OTE takes no responsibility for communications or transactions between members, though OTE will take appropriate action in regards to any discovered illegal or improper activity on or through the site.
