OTE will do everything we can to create a safe, secure and fair environment in which to transact the  business of buying and selling to the trade. Every member has invested valuable time and money in building their business and OTE, out of respect for that will rather err on the side of caution in doing what we can to protect your business on this site.

If you have a complaint of harassment, rights infringement, illegal activity, fraudulent or any other behavior or practice contrary to the policies of this site you may file a complaint or a dispute in the following manner.
